Physical properties
Solid state at room temperature

Melting upon heating
When heated to a certain temperature, the hot-melt adhesive quickly melts into a liquid with a certain degree of fluidity. This temperature usually ranges from 60 °C to 180 °C, varying specifically according to the types of hot-melt adhesives.
Solidifying upon cooling
After the melted hot-melt adhesive is coated on the surface of the adherend, it will quickly solidify when the temperature drops, forming a firm bond. Generally, the solidification time is relatively short, ranging from a few seconds to a few minutes.
