1. Visiting factory is allowed or not?
Yes, we welcome customers visiting our factory. Our factory is located Hangzhou city,Zhejiang province,China.
2. Can you do OEM and ODM?
Yes, OEM and ODM are both acceptable. The material, color, packing can customize, the basic quantity we will advise after we discuss.
3. Do you provide sample ? Is it free?
We will provide the free sample with freight collect.
4. What's your term of the delivery?
Our ordinary delivery term is FOB Ningbo. We also accept EXW, CFR, CIF, DDP, DDU etc. We'll offer you the shipping charges and you can choose the one which is the most convenient and effective for you.
