Usage Method
Preparation
Ensure that the bonding surfaces are clean, dry, and free of impurities such as oil stains and dust. Appropriate solvents can be used for wiping and cleaning.
Glue Application
According to the shape and size of the components to be bonded, select a suitable glue application tool, such as a hot melt glue machine, and evenly apply the hot melt glue on one of the bonding surfaces.
Bonding
Quickly press the two components to be bonded together and apply appropriate pressure to allow the hot melt glue to fully fill the gaps and distribute evenly, ensuring a firm bond.
Curing
Wait for the hot melt glue to cool and cure naturally. The curing time depends on factors such as the specific type of hot melt glue and the ambient temperature. Generally, it ranges from a few seconds to a few minutes.
Applications
Bonding of the mirror lens and the frame
It can firmly bond glass or plastic lenses with frames made of different materials, such as ABS plastic, density board, metal, etc. Even if the cosmetic mirror is subjected to impacts or vibrations, the lens will not loosen, shift or fall off.
Bonding of the LED light strip and related components
The LED light strip is firmly adhered to the predetermined positions around the frame or the lens, ensuring a close fit between the light strip and the lens or the frame. This enables the light to be evenly distributed, providing a good lighting effect.
Bonding of other accessories
It is used for the sealed connection between the back cover and the frame of the cosmetic mirror. This prevents dust, moisture, etc. from entering the interior of the mirror body. Moreover, the connection is firm and not easy to loosen.
