As we enter the golden autumn of October, the weather begins to cool down. Even while we were still on holiday, we received numerous phone calls and messages from clients in the shoe material lamination industry, inquiring about our return-to-work date and requesting shipments. They also reminded us to check if any changes had been made to our product formulas in response to the cooler weather.
The reason for clients' concerns is the temperature-sensitive nature of our hot-melt adhesives, which are reversible in response to temperature changes. In other words, fluctuations in temperature can significantly impact the performance (initial adhesion) of our hot-melt adhesives. Our deep understanding and precise control over the properties of hot-melt adhesives have earned us the trust and continuous patronage of many clients in the shoe material lamination industry over the years. Currently, Banglin offers three models of shoe material shaping adhesive materials: BL-705B, which boasts a high cost-performance ratio and excellent performance; BL-702A, which features a wide application temperature range and strong peel strength; and BL-702CD, which has good material compatibility and is ideal for lamination factories with complex processes using a single adhesive tank.
The golden autumn of October is the best time for shaping! In fact, starting from the end of August or even September, Banglin had already anticipated potential delays in usage by downstream shoe factories and adjusted our product formulas accordingly. Everything we do is to ensure that our clients can use our products with confidence and satisfaction.
