Meltable packaging film, also known as hot melt wrapping film or glue-coating film, can mainly be used in production lines that can automatically package hot melt adhesive. A thin plastic film is coated on the surface of the hot melt pressure-sensitive adhesive. When using it, there is no need to peel off the glue, and it can be directly put into the hot melt adhesive machine for use, which is more efficient compared to release paper packaging.
In addition, taking hot melt adhesive with a specification of 0.6KG as an example, the weight of the release paper for 1 ton of hot melt adhesive is about 12KG, while the packaging weight of the film-packaged hot melt adhesive can be basically ignored. Assuming that the glue is 20 yuan per kilogram, 1 ton of film-packaged hot melt adhesive is equivalent to being 240 yuan cheaper, which helps enterprises reduce application costs. Moreover, release paper is non-recyclable solid waste, and its secondary treatment not only causes environmental pollution but also increases the environmental protection treatment costs of enterprises.
