1. Block paper packaging
This is the most common packaging method. When the adhesive is flowing, the molten hot melt pressure-sensitive adhesive is directly dispensed onto the release paper or film that has been pre-folded into a box shape and coated with high heat-resistant release paper or film. These release papers need to be paired with a rigid metal, plastic or cardboard container that can withstand the weight and heat of the hot melt pressure-sensitive adhesive. We commonly call it hot melt pressure-sensitive adhesive with paper packaging.
The common weight of paper packaging is approximately between 450 grams and 6.25 kilograms per block.
2. Film packaging
Our company carried out process transformation and upgrading for packaging molding in 2019, increased investment in modern assembly line equipment, and upgraded paper packaging to film packaging. This process adopts high-temperature-resistant meltable films, and the produced products are directly formed through the cooling of condensed water, as shown in the figure.
Using film-packaged hot melt pressure-sensitive adhesive eliminates the need for manual paper peeling. The film can be directly melted and used as glue, which can greatly improve the production efficiency of employees.
