Hefei BOE Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. is located in the Xinzhan Comprehensive Development Pilot Zone of Hefei City. Established in October 2008 with a total investment of 17.5 billion yuan, it is the first sixth-generation liquid crystal display device (TFT-LCD) production line in China. It is a high-tech enterprise that researches, designs, produces and sells TFT-LCD display screens for televisions and monitors. In 2020, BOE used adhesives for material bonding for the first time. Banglin successfully ran for the gold medal strategic partner of BOE's adhesive project.
Today, we received home appliance backplane materials and light bar materials sent by BOE again. Our technical department needs to convert hot melt adhesive into data and benchmark standards according to their needs. Considering the rigor of BOE's selection of suppliers (products) and the initial application of hot melt adhesive products by BOE, on the day of receiving the customer's task requirements, Engineer Qiao from Banglin's technical department and Manager Zheng from the sales department jointly planned and formulated a project schedule. In order to let customers understand in more detail the characteristic changes of the product application, Engineer Qiao from the technical department placed the product in an environment of 60 degrees and tested the product physical property change curve of BL-3388B within 1 day, 2 days, 1 week, 15 days, 1 month... and did a good job of benchmarking to form a standard.
Making customers see clearly and use it with confidence and satisfaction is also the responsibility of us Banglin people. I believe that we will go further and further with BOE in the adhesive project and form a strong alliance.
